Underwater Hockey is one of the most welcoming sports you’ll find in or out of the pool.
You don’t need to be the fastest swimmer, the tallest, or the most experienced. If you enjoy the water and are willing to give it a go, you belong. Whether you join for fitness, fun, friendship, or dreams of wearing the fern, there’s a place for everyone in UWH.
Underwater Hockey builds so many great skills that are also transferable to other sports;
Fitness and agility
Breath control and calm under pressure
Tactical awareness
Trust, confidence, and teamwork
Epsom Girls Grammar School offers both Junior and Senior teams.
