Underwater Hockey

Underwater Hockey is a unique but challenging team sport played at the bottom of a swimming pool. Each team competes to maneuver a puck into the opposing team's goal using small handheld hockey sticks. The game is played while holding ones breath which requires players to return to the surface for air. The sport requires agility, teamwork, and strategising as players navigate the bottom of the pool to score points (or defend from the opposing team trying to do the same.) Epsom Girls Grammar School offers both a Junior and Senior team.
