Swimming

The Epsom Girls Grammar School Swimming Sports occurs in Term 1 and is a great opportunity for all students of all abilities to take part, whether it be at a fun or competitive level.

EGGS also offers students the opportunity to swim competitively at a number of Regional and National Championship meets throughout the year. EGGS students generally belong to the United Swimming Club which is based at the Epsom Aquatic Centre. Students have access to a modern 7 lane, 25m indoor heated pool on-site, as well as a fully-equipped Fitness Centre and Gymnasium for dryland sessions.

Fees

Swimming is charged on a per-competition basis and varies depending on location and duration

Uniform & Equipment Required

Swimmers compete wearing their own togs and an Epsom swimming cap which can be purchased through the Sports Office. Swimmers will also need to provide their own goggles and towel.
