Futsal is a fast-paced indoor version of football. Played on a smaller court with a smaller ball, players learn quick decision-making and teamwork. Futsal's emphasis on ball control and creativity makes it an excellent developmental tool for anyone wanting to play football as well. Futsal is one of New Zealand's fastest growing sports at a secondary school level and at EGGS, we offer a programme that is suitable for players of all levels. Our coaches will teach new players the basic skills needed to feel confident in a game, as well as fine-tune the skills of more experienced players.

Futsal Trials
Term 1, Week 2 : Monday 2nd February
Trainings: Monday and Wednesday after school, in the Epsom Girls Grammar Stadium, 3.30pm - 4.30pm
Games: Thursdays, 4pm-8.30pm at Auckland Netball Centre
Games begin Thursday 19th February

Fees
The season fee is approx. $110.00 -$150.00 per term - the exact cost will be dependent on squad numbers.
Nationals will be charged separately in addition to season fees.
Uniform & Equipment Required
Players will be provided with an EGGS Sports Top for the season but will need to purchase their own blue sports shorts from the Uniform Shop. Players will also need their own shin pads, blue socks and Futsal shoes.
