Our Distance Running Squad train twice a week and are given the opportunity to participate in a number of events throughout the school year including Regional and National Cross Country and Road Race Competitions. Students of all ability are encouraged to get involved in this sport. Weekly training sessions can be tailored to suit individual preferences and entry into events can be at a social or competitive level.

Fees
Distance Running is charged on a per-competition basis and varies depending on event location
There is no fee associated with Distance Squad however should students wish to use the school Fitness Centre, an annual $100 membership is required.
Uniform & Equipment Required
At external competitions, students are required to wear the Epsom PE T-Shirt or crop top
