Business Studies

Course outline for 9 Business. 

This course gives students a foundation in business concepts and teaches budgeting, spreadsheets and financial literacy.

Please note this is a half year course. Those in the first half follow term 1 and 2 of the planner, for those in the second half follow terms 3 and 4 of the planner. Both halves will cover the same units of work.

Please note Market day may be replaced with another enterprise unit which involves working in groups and creating a business pitch.

Course outline for 13Bus. Course includes 1 external (3.1) and three internals, 3.4, 3.10 and 3.8. The last two of these are Agribusiness standards and are counted as Business standards under NCEA.
